    Honestly I know this is an acquired taste. It's OK I've tried lots of other things you done that I like better. I didn't start eating this until I was diagnosed as having diabetes. So, my understanding is that the bitter melon helps with your blood sugars. Some say it helps it go down, I just think it doesn't have any sugar so it doesn't spike your sugar levels. I was wondering if you can do another video including what you think about this and other meals you make helping with diabetes.

    How should I modifiy these to make them breakfast radish/turnip cakes like I get in Taiwan with my 蛋餅? Those ones generally don't have sausage or shrimp in them. Do I just remove those ingredients or do I need to add something else to replace the flavor?

    Three things, You should always fill your bucket outside of the machine. The yeast and salt should not come into contact, the salt can kill the yeast. I would have added the salt and the covered it with the sugar and then added the yeast last. And your top probably collapsed because it over rose from too much yeast, it couldn't support itself and fell. A common problem.

    FWIW - That's not cutting against/across the grain. You cut along/with the grain. You can see the long strands of meat running all through the slices you've cut.
